To register for testprep@asu courses:

• download the forms for the prep class you’re interested in (GMAT and GRE require BOTH the Registration Form AND the Session Selection Form)
• complete them on your computer and email them back to us at testprep@asu.edu or print them out, fill them out and fax them or mail them to us at the fax number or address on the form
• we accept credit card numbers on the form, or checks by mail, made out to ASU and including your license or ID number on the check
• you’ll get a receipt from us in the mail, and an email confirming your registration and providing important information
